foreclosure closed off 4 years ago. Getting a refer on lender sponsered do.

I just posted a concern regardign fanie mae "holding ' you home as when you stop payments, that i am really concernig was the my advisoor whom doing my loan told mme that my house will be secure with no "foreclosure" until the bank*(of america) will have a solution which that never happened ...i don not want be negative and really upset about my advisor modicator tol me , now after 7 months of non-payments i face foreclosure for seocnd timme...and we rally do not know if they going to help me save my home
