...yes, Fannie Mae no. Is this true? Broker says because I dont have enough equity I need PMI. I thought Obama bailout prevented this for refinance of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae refinances. Is he trying to rip me off?
Excuse, I am taking to a banker and not a broker. He tells me under new rules LTV is irelevant with Fannie Mac but not Freddie. I found this web page that says that is BS..

On the side, my credit is flawless and my score is over 750. I have a full time job that pays well and I have been at for more than 10yrs.

I am looking to refinance because my interest rate is over 7% and no other reason.

I have called over a dozen bankers and brokers. It is next to impossible to get the time of day from any of them. Near as I can figure they are swamped with work.
