We can't pay our mortgage and have decided to let our house that we have lived in for 4 1/2 years foreclose due to not being able to pay our mortgage. Our mortgage company is GMAC, and I was just wondering how long it takes for them to foreclose or kick us out. I was thinking by March or April it would happen...? Also I think by the end of December we should get our foreclosure letter. When would we be kicked out? Thanks!
