I just got letter from a collection agency saying I owe Washington Mutual $180.00. In the same pile of mail Washington Mutual has sent me a new ATM card (that I never asked for and am sooo confused about) with some called PayPass on it.

Whats going on? Why are they sending me a new card if they sent my account to collections?

Last time I owed them $82.00 for like 6 months and it never went to collections and I paid it off. This time I owe $180.00 for 2 months and it goes to collection....whats going on?
